From Pennsylvania:

-Merge onto I-80 E. Take I-80 Express Ln. E toward I-95 / New Jersey Turnpike / G. Washington Br.  

-George Washington Bridge to 95 (Cross Bronx Exp.) 

-Take either Whitestone Bridge(678) OR Throgs Neck Bridge(695)

--IF ON THE WHITESTONE BRIDGE--

-Stay left onto the Cross Island Parkway for approximately 7-10 minutes.

-Take Exit 31E/Northern Blvd. East.

-Proceed on Northern Blvd. East approximately 2 miles until a fork in the road.

-Stay right at the fork on Northern Blvd., go 1/4 mile .

-Turn left onto Jayson Ave., park in the rear.

--IF ON THE THROGS NECK BRIDGE--

-Stay right onto the Cross Island Parkway.

-On the Cross Island Pkwy., take exit 31E/Northern Blvd. East.

-Proceed on Northern Blvd East approximately 2 miles until a fork in the road.

-Stay right at the fork on Northern Blvd., go 1/4 mile.

Turn left onto Jayson Ave.,  park in the rear.
